About

Watch Your Bobber is really a place for me, Tod Baker, to learn more about technology in education. Here you will find my reflections about how we use technology in teaching and learning and tech-related resources. I am the K-5 IT teacher and the NPK-12 IT coordinator at the International School of Tianjin. So, some reflections focus on my elementary teaching experiences while others carry on the many discussions I enjoy as the NPK-12 IT coordinator.

The title of this site comes from my childhood neighbor, Tom, who frequently told me to watch my bobber. I suppose it was his way of telling me to be aware and prepared. I hope this blog captures Tom’s spirit.
